Problem with downloading themes

when I download a theme its like a wba. file or something and i dont think my computer recognizes it. im pretty sure this is a common problem. at least i think.

any advice?

yep.
It means you don't have the necessary software installed to use it.
You need to download and install WindowBlinds the program.

Each type of 'theme' in the galleries has it's own extension.
