windowblinds not loading after numerous reboots

i use to run the trial version of wb a long time ago and when it expired i stopped using and uninstalled. now recently i purchased the full version and dl'ed wb again but now im having troubles getting it to load. ive rebooted numerous times and i keep getting the same problems when i press the use addidtional process nothing happens. sorry to bother the forum but i submitted a support ticket 2 days ago and recieved no response.

You should have gotten an aouto response, did you? If not your mail may have been eaten. Go to https://www.stardock.helpserve.com and create a case there.

i got an auto response telling me its gonna take 2 business days and 2 business days have passed since then and i dont want to be forced to wait until teusday because of the holiday weekend.

Save any skins you might have, get the Zapper and zap it (be careful on zap choices), get rid of the WB folder (if left), reboot, download & install Stardock Central, register your product(s) and use SDC to download and install WB.
