A REAL Vista Look with Transparent Window Edges

Hello everyone! I am in search for a REAL Vista Look with Windows Blinds, where I can get this look:

I am looking to get this appearence, including the very nice start menu button and transparent window edges/titlebars

Anyone know if this is available anywhere to us? It says that it uses the "Styler Toolbar Pack". Is that something I download somewhere to get that transparent effect?

I have all of the StarDock Programs.... Just need to know what I have to do to accomplish this look.

just download IE7 it is avvailable now from microsoft you do not need the styler toolbar.as for the transparent edges you need a vidio card that supports alpha-blending.And as for vista look alike skins there are many out there already just find one you like.Happy hunting
