WB5 doesn't load correct skin color

I have had Object Desktop for a while, and am finding that when I open the WB Configuration it will preview all skins and the preview shows the colors correctly.  However, when I apply the skin, the color on them fades.  I have looked and looked and tried several settings, but can't seem to fix this.  Does anyone know what I need to do?

Mostly I think it's the WB4 skins that don't load properly but I am not sure.

Load the WB config app.

Click on the "Cahnge skin color" text in teh preview.

Uncheck anything that is checked.

Close the window and click "apply this skin now" in the preview.

Leave a tip in the jar on the piano if this works.
