BootSkin Tutorial Needed

What program do you create BootSkins?Where do you start?

I have downloaded BootSkin and now I want to make my own BootSkins. What code do you need to know and where do you create BootSkins. I have made a few Logons with LogonStudio but that was easy since it had a SkinEditor built in. Please tell me where do i start and what do i need or provide links to any tutorials.
