United Planets Mod?

Hello. I would really like to know if there are any mods to the united planets. (In partucualar, adding issues) I have looked throughout the library and have found nothing. Is there any in the works by anybody?

I recall someone saying something about making a big mod for that sort of thing, but fon't remember any specifics...
