Huge help installing, please!

Hi, all.

I'm new here, and wanted to make my computer look nice for once. So I downloaded Window blinds 5 from http://www.download.com and when It finished installing I clicked reboot now. After it re-booted it came up again except with "use additional process" aswell. I tried getting rid of my virus, spyware protection AND turned off Windows Firewall.

could anyone help me with this problem?

continually needing reboot is indicative of trying to reinstall after the time ran out, which won't work.

You might contact support so they can check the download
