Configuration window too small?

When I pull up the configuration window, I cannot see the entire window. There are NO scroll bars, nor can I resize it. What is causing this?

A screenshot might help in this case.
The only scroll bar in the Window goes side to side (on bottom) and it is not resizable.

Let's see if I have the desktop on there now...

The only way that I could figure out how to do it was put the window
screenshot on my profile desktop screenshot...

The bottom part of the window "cuts off" just a little under the skins
icons....I cannot see the scroll bar....Also, if I go to the system information, it
looks like I have just the top part of the page with no way to scroll down to see it

is your screen dpi set to 96?

Hmmm....Imagine that....

I checked and it was set to 96 DPI. Just for the heck of it I changed it to 120 DPI, and then I could see all of it.

I reset it back to 96 DPI, and now it is fixed! Must have been a glitch or something....

I expect the problem was you had changed your default gui font in the registry.  Changing the dpi may well make Windows rewrite this registry key back to the correct value.
