Instaling Vista

Can anyone tell me how I can install windows vista theme through WindowsBlinds please? Im having some trouble doing it. Im not sure where to put the files. I downloaded them from http://thearmbut.deviantart.com/

You should be able to open the .wba file after you've installed WindowBlinds. As to the other components such as StylerToolbar etc, I'm not sure.

What version of WindowBlinds are you running, and is it the shareware version?
