WindowBlinds Skin will not load on startup

i have a problem with my skin loading on startup. to get the skin to load i have to open up windowblinds, unload windowblinds and then load the skin to get it to work. it used to work fine until i enabled "use the welcome screen" for the user login and installed a windows vista icon package.

It is 5.01b it just doesn't say it in that report for some reason.

Ok I have everything updated and it still gives me the problem. It's weird because when I startup I have to run the WindowBlinds application, then unload it, and then load it to get it to work.

After you get done playing with the dates, un-load WB, open WB config/ Basic Settings: un-check ' Apply any Icon Packages Supplied'. Hit Apply changes. Re-load skin.
