Shortcut to application not working

PlEase Help

You need to be more specific - shortcut to what application ?

Not sure which application your shortcut leads to, but, if you right-click on the broken icon [shortcut] and select 'properties' you should be able to access a tab there that says "shortcut". Under that tab, there's a button labeled "find target" ...click that button and you should be able to navigate your way to the .exe file for the icon's target.
