Hello everybody. Ok, i'm a total noob at this. I found this site with all of these skins, themes, ect.and i'm totaly lost and confused

. All i need is the skin(or whatever it is) that is on this screenWWW Link. Please give me a link where I can download it and how i install it! I know i'm a noob
