Logon Problem

Hello, I'm a new user, I'm not sure where to post this since there's no sub-forum for Logons.
Everytime I downloaded a new logon, and I already have LogonStudio v 1.0.64. Only things on the list is welcome1, welcome2, and welcome3. I tried to click load and get the new file, but it simply wont show up on the list. Instead I click the downloaded icon from the desktop and it does open LogonStudio but still wont show up on the list. Anyone know how to fix this? Please help... Thanks
