Some people are just so [d---ed] sensitive

I'm guessing that someone else has already covered this subject, but I'll weigh in with just a few words myself.
Hey MUSLIMS: you folks are just way to frackin' sensitive.
Someone says something aboout your faith and they set off a firestorm and almost instantly there's cries for public apologies.
Why is a religion whose elders can't find the words or voice to condemn the acts of some of the most radical terrorists on earth entitled to such protection that outsiders can never even utter a peep about it?
Want more people to support your faith? Try making more than just a token effort to put your faith in a good light. Demonstrate that your faith isn't tolerant, or supportive at all, of the likes of Bin Laden and his compatriots. With that done perhaps more outsiders would make an effort to understand you and support you, and perhaps more of them would condemn the remarks that are supposed to be so inflammatory.
