Problem with windows fonts

Hello: I just purchased and installed WB5 on my Windows XP sp2 computer. I have applied the Tiger V2 theme which looks great. The problem I am experiencing is with the default windows font size.
You see, my laptop monitor runs at a native resolution of 1400x1080 and normal windows fonts are rather small (I am am getting old too
). So I change the font size to Large which is how I like it and everything is fine, until I reboot, at which time the font is once again small. I have played with font size over-riding but did not like the way it haphazardly applied the size changes. I have noticed this behavior with other themes as well so I believe it is not an individual theme problem.
So, how do I get my selected font size prference to stick???
