When will the AI manage it's build queue ?

Overall 1.3 seems pretty good. The AI seems to be solid for planetary management, except it still doesn't manage the build queue. Why isn't this part of the AI ? It seems to completely rely on whatever order that occurs automatically.

For me personally, I do quite a bit of this sort of management. There's :
1) making sure you're bonus tiles get done first,
2) there's making sure your factories get built first,
3) there's making sure your population doesn't top out (at 5 billion at least)
4) there's making sure your planet enhancers get done last
5) there's making sure your pop is happy...

The biggest problem, not sure if it's still in 1.3, is when the AI tears down it's factories because it feels like it's going to lose. This "feature" combined with the AI's lack of management completely cripples a conquering AI. A human quick builds a few factories, the AI struggles to do anything with a scorched planet.

BUMP. All this is still valid. Why Stardock, are you adding more and more features when you don't address basic problems such as this?

Not bothering to manage the build queue would severly slow me down, I can only imagine how much better the AIs would be if you addressed this. Is there some reason you can't do this?
