Ok sure thing. First, what specifically are you attempting to download. There are somewhere around 20 different products...so we need to know which you are refering to.

each gallery page has a Description box.
each Description box has a link to get any software needed.
if you click 'more details' at each item in your list, you will see the description box and the links to software

based on your search list you'll need at the least, the following software(s):

Windowblinds
CursorXP
Logon Studio
Windows Media Player
Rainlendar
Bootskin
DesktopX

you can also click the software tab above.

halo master,

your best bet is to buy the Object Desktop Suite for $49.95. This will give you Window Blinds and DesktopX along with a multitude of other great customizing software for one low price.

You're still being too general in your questions.

If you get what?

ODNT? You will be able to use all skins/themes that use the components of ODNT that you have installed.

Logon Studio? You can then install logons to use with Logon Studio?

Bootskin? Then you can use Bootskins. {FYI - there are 3 versions of Bootskin at the download page - if one doesn't work, try another - due to different BIOS, Bootskin doesn't work for everybody - I've never had a crash due to installing Bootskin, but on the other hand I've never had a Bootskin show up other than the default one}

FYI

If you only want to get Logon Studio and use Halo logons - click on logons on the left first, then do a search inside that gallery - a general 'entire gallery' search will confuse you until you get things sorted out

if i get https://www.stardock.com/products/odnt/ will i be able to download the halo themes that i showed you? because i really dont understand anything that anybody is saying in here because im really really new to this so im a noob try to explain it as easy as you can

1. You can download all the themes you want without having any software installed.
You just can't install/use them.

2. If you get ODNT you will be able to install and use most of what you have in the list.

3. You list includes a mix of everything 'Halo' which also includes screenshots of peoples desktops.

4. The WMP skin will work if you have windows media player

5. For the rainlendar skin, you will need Rainlendar installed. It's a different company and not part of ODNT

6. CursorXP (for cursors), Logon Studio (for logons) and Bootskin (for bootskins) are not part of ODNT - separate downloads

Try going back to the link you gave. Then pick ONE and click "More Details", then read the description box. It tells what you need to use. Then look at another. then start comparing to the gallery list on the left of the home page. It will all start to come together.

Im not sure where it is at the moment but there is a video that explains all the different components of Object Desktop. I believe it was narrated by Frogboy - might be a good link to add to your collection Bichur - it saves a lot of that repetative typing.

never seen it = dial up, and it's always good to practice typing and speed editing.

yeah - dial up was slow getting this to load but it was a pretty good video demonstration - it was only within the past few weeks I saw it. You type pretty fast though - im a slow poke.
