I wanted to participate but my skins never get more then 3 or 3.5 stars rating so I think I don't stand a chance and will not participate

Just would like to know if there are any formal rule and regulation on the competitions. And a walk down history lane would be nice on those previous championships. Like who won and what....Thanks.
