Man Never Landed On The Moon

I honestly thought that the conspiracy theory loons who were advocating the NASA movie studio conspiracy had long ago faded away, but it seems they are indeed still out there. In the General category of a Linux forum I frequent just such a thread is currently alive and well. These people are truly nuts.

I suppose some people just love a good conspiracy theory and will cling to them no matter what. I really should invest in the tinfoil hat industry as there doesn't seem to be any decline in demand at this point.

But there's so much "convincing evidence" that we never went there! I saw that special with whats-his-bucket from Star Trek. I know!

Uh huh, and the reason all of the footage of Big Foot is out of focus is because Big Foot itself is a crossdimensional being that is actually out of focus.

No, that's because it's actually pictures of my friend Matt. You'll notice in the most famous video of Bigfoot he's wearing what look like aviator glasses? Matt went through this stage where . . .

No,. those weren't aviator glasses, they were actually the bottoms of two Bud Light bottles.

That's why he was walking a little tipsy in that one . . .

I saw the same thing on another forum about 9-11.  Even after a bunch of engineers explained exactly what happened that day, they still insist that it was explosions that brought the buildings down.

But I do like your cross dimensional explanation.  That would explain my ex as well.

I talked to one of these nuts one time. He wasn't just an "anti-moon landing" nut, he was actually a flat earther (yes, there are still THOSE there, too). He said the best evidence that we didn't land on the moon was that the communication didn't have a long delay, as sound only travels about 600 MPH.

Guess he doesn't believe in telephones, either.

Didn't you know conspiracy theories are fun! I love conspiracy theories, some of them can be really off the wall!
