How Can I delete this underlines words?

Hi!
I hope so, that you help me.

Do you know, how Can I delete this underlines words?
Screenshot:

For example:
Notatki - N
Wlasciwosci - W

I use Windows Blind and skins "RoyalVista".
In normal Window skin, this "underline words" are don't exist.
Please help me!

Right-click Desktop-->Properties

Appearance-->Effects

Uncheck "Hide underlined letters for keyboard navigation until I press the Alt key."

That should do it.

In normal skin, without WindowsBlind it's OK.
