Obscene...yuck

The current name is remeniscent of a guy in a trench coat if you know what I mean.

Lets ask old wikipedia what it thinks about the word "obscene" :

"Despite its long formal and informal use with a sexual connotation, the word still retains the meanings of "inspiring disgust" and even "inauspicious; ill-omened", as in such uses as "obscene profits", "the obscenity of war", and the like. It can simply be used to mean profanity, or it can mean anything that is taboo, indecent, abhorrent, or disgusting."

Being a mild "painful" player I would have to agree that those of you who play on such a high level inspire disgust. I think your mental bend towards guys in trench coats should be somthing you dont share with the rest of us   

But in all seriousness, is there anyone else out there that agrees with CraigHB?

While we're at it, let's fix the landing pad that the shuttle uses for landing from being the major gavity source in outer space in the opening video of the campaign, or that the sun appears to be bewteen the planet and its moon in the game's splash screen. This stuff is just as important.

No. Obscene is a great word. It does not mean only "gross."

Well, think about it, first we have painful, then we have crippling, then we have masochistic, then we have suicidal. Those are all levels in terms of hurt applied to you by the game. Where does "Obscene" fit. It doesn't at all. Is the game going to flash me when I take out the Drengi or something? How about a few good naked shots of Carmen Electra, now that I could go for.

I can see why you like that level based on *your* icon. The Daleks are pretty obscene as in the "inspiring disgust" sense of the word
