Ship List

Where is the Ship List info described?

Am new to GalCiv2.

Where is the info described that is shown in the Ship List that comes up when you press F2? Can't find it in the manual. Searching the forums for "ship list" comes up empty.

For example, I have a starbase that shows: LVL:0 31/17/34 S:01.03

What does this stuff mean?

The values are Level, Total Attack/Total Defense/HP and the coordinates of the sector the ship is in (same coordinates as shown at the top center of the screen on the main map, which show which sector you're currently looking at).
