WindowBlinds 5.0 right click/drop down menu problem

I just installed WindowBlinds 5 on my XP. There's a problem, when I re-click on a desktopp icon, the drop down menu becomes black. It also happens on all window menu items.

By the way, my copy of WindowBlinds 5.0 was purchased directly from WindowBlinds

I assume you mean you purchased it from Stardock, not WindowBlinds!

Do you have y'z shadow running, or any other app which tries to make menus semi transparent?

I have the dock (as you can see from the pic above), in 52% outline opacity and 35% shadow opacity.

Does the affect WindowsBlind operation?

For WindowBlinds transparency, how do I check if have it semi transparent?

If I am not able to use WindowBlinds, will Stardock issue a refund? It's silly to spend $19 on something I can't use.
