Email Address doesn't match records

Hello I just purchased ObsectDesktop. I purchased a CD Version for a friend and the download for myself. I just tried entering my serial key and its telling me that my email address doesn't match their records. What is going here? I paid for software that wont work on my computer now? I sent an email to support about it. Has any one else encountered this?

did you purchase 2 subscriptions?

did you use SDC - Stardock Central Browser/Manager?

did you use the same email you purchased with?

Yes I did purchase 2. I purchased the CD Version and that is being sent to my friend and the download version for myself. I'm in SDC now and just tried again and got the error. I am using the same email address that I purchased with.

trying sending a serial request from here: Support

then use the mail address they send to with the serial they send, to register in SDC - copy paste works best

ive tried that and no serial key gets sent with it. Alls that gets sent is my username, email address, password, and it says after the password

"Product Name : Stardock Central Component Manager
Download : http://sdc.stardock.com/sdcentral_setup.exe"

It then says below that

"**If there are no serial numbers listed in this email, we have no products
registered to this email address. Email [email protected] with any
questions."

The thing is I purchased ObjectDesktop so how is that possible?! I have the serial key in the email they sent after I purchased it. It just doesn't make sense.

uuumm ... have you gotten a receipt of you order when you had purchased?

yes i did. the email i was talking about that got sent after i purchased it is the receipt.

Sometimes there's a mismatch between our store records and our Stardock.net accounts get de-sync'd (my account is like this... it's annoying). I can confirm that you have no products registered to your gmail account (the one in your wincustomize profile). What email address did the sales receipt go to? Send me an email at [email protected] from that account and I'll do another lookup. Since this is a holiday weekend, we may not be able to get the issue sorted until Tuesday.
