Pissed off

You have some good days, and then you have some bad days. Today was definately a bad day.
I'm never one to say I don't have faults, don't forget to do some things (especially on hectic days). I always 'try' at least to own up to all of my mistakes.
Today though, I was told "You don't work, you don't do anything, I know this because I never see you doing anything"
This set me off. I'm the type of person that rarely rarely RARELY ever gets pissed. This lit me off like nothing before. I spent all day washing dishes, sweeping p-ways, cleaning the chief's berthing, and going to 'safety briefs' throughout all of this. I'd not stopped working since I'd started. I'd even made BLT's for the chiefs.
I was then told, that because I wasn't seen working, I didn't work, and was also told, to my face, that someone else had made the BLT's, not me. I lit off like nothing else. Luckly for me, I didn't go off on the chief that was telling me this, but oh did the Galley get an earful, and the bulkhead also. Yes I punched the bulkhead, and my hand is paying for it, but it was better than punching the chief.
The part that made this so bloody fucking pissy to me, was the fact that he also praised the guy I work with, who doesn't do jack shit of actual work. He just runs around looking busy all the time. He's perfected the art of my ships version of the Navy. Apparently actual work and results don't matter, only appearance. That is what sent me off the deep end because this whole time I'd been picking up his slack because he doesn't work worth a shit, and here I am being chewed out about not working.
Fucking pisses me off to no end.
