about this invader mod

Which mod is the one I need to download? Does anyone know the answer to this since there are two different ones available and I'm not quite sure. Or is one an update?

INVADER-Mod 4.0 is for 1.2 Beta2a or 1.2 Final and contains extra files like portraits and flags.

INVADER-Mod 5.0 is a small xml file only version for 1.3 Beta3X (without portraits and flags.)
