Object Dock Help!!!

Ok, I've downloaded Object Dock and I have found a few skins that I want for my desktop.

The Instructions say: To install unzip the folder into the Backgrounds folder of the Object Dock installation folder.

I have done what I thought the instructions say but it doesn't work!
As I said in my last post I'm quite new to all this so some more detailed instructions would be most helpful.

Can someone please help me?

I wrote a mini tutorial some time ago (when version 1.2 was current), which you can read here WWW Link

Note - for a background, you would be placing a folder bearing the name of the background into the "C:\Program Files\Stardock\ObjectDock\Backgrounds" folder. The downloaded background theme folder should contain one or more background images, one or more seperator images, and an "background.ini" file.

I hope this helps.

You select background from ObjectDock config. Right click on dock, dock settings, appearence, will be a drop down list for background. Assuming you have free, I can't remember the config layout as I have Plus and they are different.

Also just curious, profile of your account says member since 10/16/2004, this is being quite new at this. Or since have already had another, and I am not implying just asking, have you logged in here using bugmenot.

After you extract the backgrounds to the proper folder, right click the dock > Dock Settings > Appearance > from the Background drop list, choose the back ground you wish to use.
