Can't get Eminence Skin to open up

Hi, new to this Stardock stuff, and when I try and open this using the Add Skin section of Windows Blinds Configuration, I keep getting a messasge that says "There appears to be no UIS file in this skin, are you sure it is a WindowsBlinds skin?" Am I doing something wrong? I am also posting this in the forums, cuz I know this is supposed to be the comments section, but just wanted any help fast. Sorry to sound like a noob. Thanks in advance!

it should have downloaded as a .wba

if it did, try double clicking the file.
if you get the no uis message, sometimes that means the download borked - delete it and try again

If the file you downloaded had a ".zip" extension sometimes, although not often, the author put the ".wba" file inside of the .zip file. Generally this happens when there are other files included in the download, e.g., a winamp skin, styler skin, wallpaper, etc. So, IF it is a .zip file, open it and see if the .wba file is inside. You can then simply extract the .wba file and it will then be recognized by WindowBlinds "Add skin", or you can double-click the file to install it.

Do you have the WindowBlinds program installed? If not, you can get it here. WWW Link

pretty sure OP does other wise "There appears to be no UIS file in this skin, are you sure it is a WindowsBlinds skin?" wouldn't have appeared.
