Help with blinds plz

Ok well i downloaded a LOTR windowsblind ( also does anyone know if theres any naruto or anime themed blinds? ) and it said it couldnt open teh file

2 options

- Use web to find appropriate programs
- select froma list

what to do ?


also i wanna know what to do to get it on my comp lol

ok i clicked select and i opened it with internet explorer and it worked!! but then i clicked open and it took me 2 a folder with a bunch of icons in it

Exmple: startbutton, bunch of start menuee icons, group box.... what ? lol help appreciated

If it was a Windowblinds skin then you need the program Windowblinds installed.

no, it didn't. An extension of .wba is the zip format the the program Window Blinds knows how to unzip and apply. You basically unzipped it without the proper program.
