Tab Launchpad Problem

Hi, sorry if I've posted this in the wrong place, but this seemed to be the best fit.

Following a crash to desktop during a game of Titan Quest my trusty Tab Launchpad has jumped from being at the bottom of my secodary monitor to the top.  The only part of the bar I can see is the bit at the bottom which is used for resizing.  I can resize it horizontally in both directions, but not vertically, leaving both the bar and my buttons totally unaccesible.  Try as I might I can't seem to find a way to move the bar back where it should be.  I've tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it, trying to find somewhere to right click to get at the properties, closing and opening the program and now I've run out of ideas.

Can anyone help me solve this?

Thanks.
/EDIT - Never mind, I've got it sorted. Thanks anyway.

Sure...

It seems that whatever happened during the crash moved the bar to the top of the screen and shrank the bar vertically... the whole thing was still on screen but I couldn't drag the bottom down, because it hadn't been moved. Turns out the top edge of the bar had been shrunk downwards.

If you try to drag it upwards eventually you can see the tabs, which if you have 'drag anywhere' enabled you can use to pull it back to a place where you can stretch the bar upwards.
