Do you want Stardock to host the video? Or will you host it on your servers?

If I were you, I'd propose what you want to do, how big it will be, what format you want to use and post that here. The more information the better.

Paul works for Stardock so the rules might be a little different but I'd use what he did as a model. Use his format and try to keep your videos about the same size.

What I would suggest is posting the video to a service like YouTube and then using the provided HTML they give you to embed it in an article you write here on WinCustomize.

I hear what you are sying Zoomba . . .but there lies a thin line between a tutorial "approved" of by the vendor and a user created tut.

If SD wants to ever point users to it, then it should be on the SD servers. Otherwise the youtube link may go down and SD looks unprofessional. Or the tut maker might get mad and put something else up in it's place.

In the event we want to make a user's tutorial more "official" we'll pull the content in to our own servers I'm sure.  However, hosting the video on YouTube is no different than other tutorial authors hosting their screenshots and images on sites like flickr or photobucket.
