Suites Error Loading ODZip.dll

Whenever I click on Suites...get the following Error Message:
Error: failed to load ODZip.dll.
Please Reinstall the application to correct this problem.

Of course I did already quite some times... doesn't work.
Also if I try to launch Theme Manager... Microsoft Error comes up.

WHAT SHOULD I DO??

re-install SDC
or go into the SDC folder and use the restore, then update
