grrr... i need some help plz! when i download a skin for my windows xp the file can't be read. what program do i need for the new skin files to be able to run?

that would depend entire on the 'skin' you downloaded.

go back to the gallery from where you got the skin & read the Description box at the top = it has a link in it to the needed software
