Strange Lines Being Drawn

So I have everything installed and when I use a Suite or just a WB, when I move the mouse it will leave a trail of lines sometimes. Then when I drag a window of them they will go away. It's really annoying and really turn off. I like everything else about the software except for that.

System is a Dell Inspirion e1505
Core Duo 1.83ghz
1gb Ram
and the video is 256megs
