Where to download mods and which ones?

there is no top 10 list of mods in the library, you can search for most downloaded mods or 5 star mods and down. most of the mods are about movies, books, known issues etc. but if you want to get things fixed or balanced, you can search words in the library like "fixed" or "balanced mod". mods are not cheats, they are making the game more cool or convenient, it's like to fit the game to your needs or wishes. if you like Star Trek, Star Wars, Babylon 5 and Transformers there are a lot of mods that you can find, if don't there are a lot of mods about improvements, techs, weapons, invasion tactics etc. so all you need to do is to choose, download the mod, play it, decide if you like it, and stick with it, if you don't try another. every mod come with a Readme file that guide you about the mod, how to play it, and how to install it, otherwise, the mod won't be approved to be in the mod library. I can't point you to something good but if you like star wars (and I'm not trying to get you download my mod) you can search for STAR WARS Map Pack that includes new maps for the game, it has nothing with overpower yourself...
