I want to make my IE icon pop a new window when I click it. Currently, it pulls up an IE window that was already open at the time. How do I make it open a new IE window everytime I click on the icon?

In OD free - configure > general tab > advanced options > uncheck "when a shortcut is run, if program is already running bring it to the foreground only"
