I can help you with Right Click, but don't know much about Object Dock. Never liked it. Email me at [email protected], and I'll see what I can do. I don't like IM's either. The worst thing about Right Click is, when you get it like you want it, and restart you're computer, you might lose everything. I've been trying for a couple of months to get them to put a save configuration in it, but so far nothing.

That's not normal - although I note it does happen to quite a few people.

There are only 4 files in the RightClick folder that get updated when you edit/choose a skin:

desktopmenu.obbar, rightclick.ini, desktopmenu_ss.bmp, RightC_ss.bmp

The last two are not very important - they're only a preview/capture of the selected menu.

It's the first two that are important.

If I have a file browser open on these files and configure the RC menu I can see the date/time-stamps on these files update immediately after clicking OK on the RC menu editor - does this happen for you? I am logged in with administrator rights, and RC was installed under this login - is this the same for you?

Are you using any unusual plugins (i.e something other than just 'menu' items)? The saving of the config files is really so simple it's hard to imagine what could go wrong!

I guess if you're paranoid, just backup these files to somewhere else after making the changes...
