This is what happens when the law does not do their job, they rush to judgement and stop looking for the real killer!

True.  But I think Moderateman's shames cover the real criminals in this case.  And in that I do agree.  The Ramsey's are not blameless as they tried to create a new Shirley Temple out of that poor little girl.  But that is not the same as killing her.  And for that the MSM especially should hang their head in shame and appologize to the father.  At the very least.

Ok, he's a criminal to be sure if he's a convicted child mollester... but again, a bit premature to say the killer was found.

I still think the Parents are the most likely suspect, but with only circumstantial evidence, even the police don't seem too sure.

I'd like to add my voice to those pointing out that this man is NOT the killer. He's wanted for questioning. He hasn't even been arrested for this particular crime.

The headline of this article is totally misleading, and does to this man exactly what Mod claims the police and the media did to JBR's parents.

And there was no sign of forced entry. And the parents did not wake up. and she was found in the house.

I heard a talking head say that the only reason he confessed was to get out of the Thai prison.  Probably his defense lawyer. (defense weasel as thatoneguy would say).

if there's an afterlife in which one is reunited with the dead, she knows by now (altho it appears she was informed about the investigation some time back).

if not...

Now I remember reading about that case and was shocked to learn that the parents were charged with the killing. It was such a contrived case that the DA should have been charged witgh misconduct. I do not know whether there will be justice as the alledged killers's former wife says that he was with her in Alabama at that time.

The parents were never officially charged, but through innuendo, intimation, the were charged, tried and convicted in the court of PUBLIC OPINION.
