Morale and starbases

just some stupid questions

Is morale = approval? There are tiles that give an approval bonus but I only seem to find buildings with morale bonus. Just wondering.

Is building a second (eco) starbase useless or does it increase eco even more? I tried to figure it out myself but I always end up with complex eco (just can't wait to rush lol)

Yes they are the same, and starbase bonuses do stack.

Ya, thanks. I just did some experimenting and I read the manual again (yawn). Dunno why I asked it first...one would call it laziness I believe :/
