"Amber Glow" Skin Unavailable?

Very recently, I went looking for a WB skin that matched a background I had created. After a long search, I came across a compilation by Ernie Leo called "Scrolls", which featured a skin called "Amber Glow". I have not been able to find this skin for download in a search or in Pallet's list of uploaded skins. Any help or direction offered would be greatly appreciated.

True, but unfortunately, said skin doesn't match the screenshot I linked to earlier, which leads to some confusion. >_<

It is the same skin, the uploader of the screenshot has modified it to look as it does.
