StyleXP Question!

I really need help!

I didnt really want to screw up my pc, so i decided to put everything back to default.
I did manage to get everything back but the boot up screen (where windows is loading).
Always when i start the pc, it asks me wich partition i will boot, Windows XP (bootscreen) or Windows XP
Im not really sure if its a partition but i think it is.
How can i fix this, or is it just as simple as deleting that partition (if there is one)?

You should run the Windows Recovery Console from your XP disk, and use the fixmbr command to repair the boot record.

I had similar problems and more after uninstalling StyleXP....fixing the MBR wasn't all that was needed. A repair install from the setup section (not recovery console) of the XP disc was required to fix several system files that were hacked by it.
