Well im wondering how can i have 2 bars on both the left and right side.

If you have the Free version of ObjectDock, then I'm afraid you are not able to have multiple docks. Multiple docks are only available through the purchase of ObjectDock Plus.

If you have purchased ObjectDock Plus, then Open the Dock Configuration Window > Click the 'My Docks' button in the lower left hand corner > select 'Create a New Dock' or 'Create a New Tabbed Dock', which ever you want.
