How to find out difficulty level from within the game

I must be missing something - is there a way to find out difficulty level from within the game - i'm a tad curious as to what i set it to

You can look at what exact intelligence value the AIs are set to in the in the debug.err.

You should be able to check what the intelligence of each race is set to in the foreign relations "statistics" area. IIRC, it is under the society tab.

Thanks, I missed that one; however it is under the miscellaneous tab of the foreign relations "statistics" area.
