Lost colony no warning.

Awhile ago I reported that I lost systems without warning and was told that it could not happen.
Well it can happen and did happen again.
Here is what happened my colony ship was loaded with lots of colonists.
Which has the effect of lowering morality with you colonize a system, Higher population lower the morality.
I had an event which also lowered morality on this system.
The planet was only class 14.
I colonized the system and found the morality on the system was only 10. My correction was to buy a new colonizer and buy the soil improvement.
The class of the planet went to 15, morality increased to 30. I planed on filling the colony ship after it was built the next turn.
I pressed the turn button and lost the system. I Just colonized the System !@#
