Possible to relocate logoff/shutdown buttons?

Is there a way to relocate the logoff, shutdown buttons? Basically I want "All Programs", logoff, shutdown buttons on the same row to economize space. Is this a limitation of XP?

mmhh., i think that there is a way, i have seen it on some "Vista" wb skins at deviantart.com...., but since i'm not a WB skinner.., i dont realy know how to do it.., sry

There is no way to do that. It is a limitation of XP. Those Vista-like skins you see are faked for the sake of asthetics, but not functional.

best you could do is just make both pretty small and close to each other... ie, All programs low in its section and the logoff/shutdowns high in the bottom section.
