Trouble seeing planets

Just installed the update and the yellow from the stars is completely obscuring the planets. I have to zoom in just right to see them to find what class they are. Is there away to turn off the yellow from the stars that blots out the main map?

Um disable star textures in the options may do it. Theres also a whole lot of video options you could fiddle with.

Post the contents of your debug.err file you can find in C:\Program Files\Stardock\Totalgaming\GalCiv2.
