Changing the color of the notification flash?

I was wondering how I could change the notifier flash color on the toolbar (IE when you recieve a new message in an AIM chat, and the window is minimized to the toolbar, it starts flashing).

I've looked all over for the perfect skin, and I finally found it, but the only problem is, the color of the flash is barely noticable. So I could go for a while without even realizing someone's trying to talk to me.

I'm hoping it could be something simple like editing a .dll file or some such.

Any help is appreciated!

Open the skin in SkinStudio. In the left tree view, look for Taskbar > Taskbar Button > Flashing. That is the image you need to edit.

Okay, thank you. But I'm a huge n00b when it comes to this. I've already edited the image... now how do I save it as a USABLE file?

File > Save As > "Name" > Ok

Is the original file a TGA? If so, save the file as a PNG, and use the IMPORT function in SkinStudio. SkinStudio will convert the PNG to TGA when you save the changes in the skin.
