Dock bar bounces around

Hello, I am using stardock plus. i have the dock bar at the bottom of my screen without the windows start bar showing. My problem is that the dockbar sometimes jumps up a line when i launch apps - clicking on the desktop anywhere makes it jump back to where it should be at the bottom of the screen. It's almost likes it positioning itself thinking there is a start bar present. Anyone got any ideas how to fix this?

ObjectBar or Objectdock Plus? Tabbed dock or normal? Version?

It may be because Windows is trying to show the taskbar when applications launch. Personally, I havent had this problem. Are you hiding the Windows taskbar using ObjectDock, or some other application instead?

Open the Properties dialog for the dock > Positioning > disable "Automatic distance from edge".
