Good skin problems in Beta 4C

I'm playing my first ever "good" game, and the skin looks weird. There is a line that looks like it shouldn't be there in the stacked ship window. The production news window, just below the ship window doesn't fit in the skin, and the info area (which displays what ship s currently selected) isn't skinned at all. Has anyine else seen this??
