Firefox and Object Desktop...

Are They Compatible ?

HI THERE, Everyone !

I am considering installing Firefox soon, but I am a bit wary....what I would like to know is ~

I have the Full Object Desktop and Windowblinds , and I also use Desktop Sidebar and IE7b3 ...

If I install FF would I expect a lot of incompatability issues or would it install painlessly ; The

reason I ask this is that I have spent almost a year getting my PC running nicely and I really would not

like to go thru' the agonies of a complete re-install ... and if there were problems as a result of putting

FF on, would it be easy to uninstall ,too ?

Any advice would be made very welcome !!

Cheers..

Mike

Always been an easy install/uninstall/update for me.

haven't found any incompatibilities with ODNT.
WB does only skin part of it since FF has it's own way of skinning

Just to reiterate on Firefoxes skinning engine, the only part of Firefox that will be skinned from Windowblinds, is the Window Border,

everything else, Menu, Toolbars, Scroolbars, Tabs, etc. will be skinned by Firefox.

Note: been using firefox since I have purchased ODNT, and absolutely no compadibility problems.

Thanks for the info, guys ! It is very much appreciated    !!

I would like to keep my options open , therefore, at this point I have just one more question :

I really like IE7b3 ( am I the only one?) ~~ can I run Firefox and IE7 at the same time, so that I do have an onscreen choice when I boot up,etc ?

Browsers don't give you a choice at boot up.
you install them and call them up when wanted. You can set one or the other as a default and still use the other.

I was using IE, FF, and Opera at one time just comparing.
